We have our own and attached fleet of standard, deluxe and luxury cars and coaches. All our drivers are very courteous and soft spoken,also familiar of all tourist cities/places. All our transport is regularly checked, inspected and serviced by company engineers to keep them up to date.


Your safety is our foremost concern. All our package tours are designed very carefully and keeping in mind all the safety measures. At each and every city, our sub agents provide assistance locally during check in/check out and during the city tours/excursions.


Our all group tours are escorted by experienced staff to coordinate with all land arrangements during the intercity travel. Also we provide qualified and Government approved guides at all major tourist cities.


All our tours are based on private vehicle and guides ( except in restricted areas). You will be met by our staff or representative on arrival at airport /railway station no matter which part of the sub-continent you are in. You will be accompanied to your hotel and the staff will take your leave when you are satisfied with your accommodaction.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons - we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation charges would be a follows: -

30 days prior to arrival - No cancellation / Actual service cost would be charged, if any (like train tickets etc.)

15-29 days prior to arrival - 10 % of the Total Tour Cost + Actual service cost

07-14 days prior to arrival - 20% of the Total Tour Cost + Actual service cost

02-06 days hours prior to arrival - 50% of the Total Tour Cost + Actual service cost

Less than 24 hours - 90% of the Total Tour Cost + Actual service cost

No Show - No Refund

In case of Special Trains Journeys and/or peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy is applicable which we shall advise you as and when Applicable.

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount, which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from our suppliers of services i.e hotels/transporters etc. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, guide services etc. there will be no refund.
